As you all know, we're currently living in an apartment (all possessions are still in the pod). So my kitchen utensils/equipment is very limited. However, when we left Hawaii I packed up ALL of my cake decorating supplies. So luckily, I have all that stuff. One thing I do not have is cooling racks. So when I decided to make cookies, (these are oatmeal scotchies) I had to get a little creative on how I was going to properly cool them. Lucky for me, we're not using the bottom shelf in my pantry. As you can see below...it works just fine! Boy am I looking forward to getting all of my stuff out of storage!
